
The Common Good is a hub through which nonprofit organizations can find support, synergy and community for their mission in affordable office and co-working space in Old Town Alexandria. This new hub in the heart of where people already gather will enable our community to be even more responsive to the changing needs of our community.

Members will be able to choose from various packages and price points ranging from exclusive private offices to flexible desk space. The Common Good will also house multiple conference rooms and meeting spaces to connect with clients, board members, and other nonprofit leaders.

The vision of The Common Good is to be a catalyst for the elevation and effectiveness of nonprofits for the good of all people in our city and region. With affordable office space and the opportunity to share office services such as copier, receptionist, and internet access, more of their resources can be invested in their organization’s mission. And of course, it’s our hope that when many local nonprofits come together to do their work under one roof, there will be more opportunities for synergy and collaboration — for the common good of our community.
