About the Common Good
The Common Good is a hub through which organizations find support, synergy, and community for their missions in affordable office and flexible space in Old Town Alexandria. This hub in the heart of where people already gather enables organizations to be even more responsive to the changing needs of our community.
What Does It Look Like?
Member organizations choose from customizable packages and price points to find the space configuration that meets their needs. This includes private office space, flexible-use conference rooms, and meeting and event spaces.
Maximizing Resources, Maximizing Impact
At the Common Good, our vision is to be a catalyst for organizations doing good in our community, city, and region. With affordable office space and the opportunity to share resources (including a copier, office admin staff, internet access, flexible meeting & event spaces, and more), organizations are able to invest more of their resources directly into their individual missions.
It’s our hope that when many local nonprofits come together to do their work under one roof, there are more opportunities for synergy and collaboration — all for the common good of our community.
